Ltd as head of Human Capital across Service Lines (SL) – Assurance, Tax and Advisory. her work involved as primary point of contact for all three lines of services (Assurance, Advisory and Tax), which was end to end recruitment, employee engagement, payroll inputs for joiners and exits, HR operations part of the PMDP (Performance Management and Development Program).
As a Soft Skill trainer and a facilitator. She has also held managerial and above positions in her earlier organizations with experience across policy making, designing mentorship program, performance management, company governance.
