She works in the Centre of Excellence for Facilitation, Training and Fellowship delivery at Acumen Academy where her role is to strengthen the facilitators and provide support to the regional teams across the globe to deliver high-quality programs. For four years, she co-led the leadership development fellowship for Acumen Academy India which is a seven-month immersive program for influential managers from for profit social entrepreneurs, middle managers to bureaucrats. She has been a learning architect for more than 7000+ people over a decade of her career. She is a certified Instructional Designer and Facilitator from Azim Premji University as well as a Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner. She is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Coach and has completed an Accredited Coach Training Program. She is a strong believer of character development, enabling individuals through coaching and Culture Building.
Shweta Nagaria, an exceptional professional with a proven track record as an experienced facilitator in the field of learning and development over a decade. As the Manager of Learning and Development at Acumen Academy India, Shweta has been instrumental in designing and implementing effective learning experiences. At Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership, Shweta served as a Senior Program Leader in the Center of Excellence - Learning and Development. During her tenure, she successfully designed and launched the Coach Capability Maturity Model (CMM), a valuable tool for stakeholders in NITI Aayog Aspirational districts. Shweta also developed and delivered online courses and modules on behavioral change, leadership, coaching, and facilitation, both for state officers in the public education system and the internal team. Her contributions improved programmatic outcomes and effectively addressed the specific L&D needs of stakeholders through consulting. As a Gandhi Fellow with Kaivalya Education Foundation, Shweta made significant contributions to education implementation and leadership development for Head of Schools. With a solid educational background, including a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce, Shweta brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to her work. She has further honed her expertise through specialized certifications, including an Accredited Coach Training Program. Shweta's commitment to continuous growth is exemplified by her participation in various training programs, such as diversity and inclusion courses, anti-sexual harassment training, and programs on moral leadership. Beyond her professional achievements, Shweta is known for her enthusiastic approach to life. She is an avid traveler, reader, blogger, and dancer, constantly seeking new experiences to expand her horizons. This passion for personal growth is reflected in her dedication to delivering high-quality facilitation and her ability to inspire and motivate others.
